Investment Strategy

The investment goal is the steady appreciation of funds invested by shareholders in the fund, especially in facilities that create space for dignified and active aging.

Acquisitions are focused on sustainable ESG projects through the purchase of equity interests in real estate companies.

Guaranteed Space When Investing

If a senior or their family invests a minimum of 2 million CZK in the fund, they will receive a GUARANTEE OF PLACEMENT for the senior in any of the facilities owned by the fund.

Zdeněk Fiala

Zdeněk has been involved in building companies in the services and real estate sectors for over twenty years. He has successfully built and sold companies worth over 5 billion CZK. He has a startup spirit and enjoys the complexity of acquisitions and the strategy of individual projects.

Martin Gillar

Martin has been in top management positions in public and private corporations for over 10 years. He gained his experience managing the most significant companies in the respective market segments in the Czech Republic (Prague Public Transit Company, Czech Post, ČD Telematics). During his professional internships in Hong Kong, Lisbon, and Brussels, he further focused on the development of rental and senior housing.

Radek Hladký

Radek is a co-founder of the law firm Z/C/H Legal, which in its nearly twenty-year history has provided advice and legal services in real estate transactions worth over 1 billion CZK. Within the ESG SeniorCARE project, he primarily focuses on managing acquisition and group processes.
